KIDS RIDES IN THE RACE CARS THIS SATURDAY, JUNE 1

This weekend is the “School’s Out Special” and Senoia Raceway invites kids of all ages to join the fun this Saturday, June 1st, as the 3/8ths mile action track offers Rides in the Race Cars prior to the night’s racing action.  At approximately 7:45pm, drivers will park their race cars on the front stretch to allow children to hop on board and cruise a few controlled laps around the banked clay oval.  The kids will light up with excitement as they feel the rumble of the race cars and see the track from a different perspective.  Parents and grandparents are encouraged to bring thier cameras.

 

After the Kids Rides in the Race Cars has been completed, everyone can cheer on thier new favorite driver as they compete in heats and features.  A full night of racing action is on the schedule including the Jodeco Auto Sales Late Models, Newnan Bonding B Cadets, Summit Racing Equipment Hobby Stocks, Mini Stocks, Bombers and Modified Mini.

 

To help usher in the summer racing months, Senoia Raceway will also offer FREE child’s admission (12 & under) to the grandstand this Saturday, June 1st.  Grandstand tickets for those over 12 years of age is $12.  Pit passes are $25 for adults and $12 for children three through twelve. Trackside parking is available on a first come, first serve basis and includes admission into the pit area.

 

The pit gates open at 5pm. Grandstands open at 6pm. Hot laps will roll off at 7:15pm, Kids Rides are at 7:45pm and racing starts at 8pm.

 

Senoia Raceway is located just five miles west of Senoia, GA on Georgia Highway 16. Easy access from both Interstate 85 or Interstate 75.
