MIKE HEAD, JR. MEMORIAL RESCHEDULED FOR JULY 1

Officials with the Southern All Star Dirt Racing Series and Senoia Raceway have worked out the details for the rescheduled 20th Annual Michael Head, Jr. Memorial.  The race was rained out on Saturday, May 20th.

 

The race has been rescheduled for Saturday, July 1st.  The main event for the Southern All Stars will be a 54-lap race paying $5,454 to the winner.  Wood Motorsports has offered a $154 bonus to the fastest qualifier during SUNOCO Race Fuels qualifying and Five Star Hyundai of Warner Robbins will award the winner of the dash $250.  The dash will consist of the top two drivers in each qualifying group and will determine their feature race starting positions.

 

Also on the race schedule for Saturday, July 1st will be the Limited Late Models, Crate Late Models, Late Model Sportsman, Hobby Stock, Bomber, Mini and the Wild & Crazy Hot Shots.

 

The holiday weekend event will culminate with a huge display of fireworks!

 

Wristbands and tickets from the rained out event on May 20th will be honored for readmission into the rescheduled event on July 1st.
