(July 19, 2014 – Senoia, GA) The races at Senoia Raceway for Saturday, July 19th have been cancelled due to the weather. The next race event held at the 3/8ths mile Bull Ring will be on Saturday, July 26th and will feature the Kids Bike & Trike Races along with racing action in the Jodeco Auto Sales Late Model, Newnan Bonding B Cadet, Summit Racing Equipment Hobby Stock, Senoia Drug Company Mini Stock and A1 Hydraulics Bomber.

The fan favorite Waterless Boat Race IV is scheduled for the Saturday, August 2nd. Drivers will pull boats (without trailers) around the track and try to disengage their opponent’s boats. It is not a race to see who is the fastest. It is a competition to see who is the last one remaining with their boat still attached and being dragged. No water, no trailers and no rules creates a night of total boat destruction.

“Our casual fans love to see the smash and crash shows,” Moses said with a huge smile. “We will see fans that never come to our racing show in attendance for the boat race or demo derbies. This is a demo derby with boats. It’s crazy!”

The pit gates will open at 5pm this Saturday. Grandstand gates open at 6pm. The drivers will take the track for hot laps beginning at 7:30pm. The first race of the night is at 8pm.

Ticket prices for grandstand admission is $12. Children 6-12 are $5 while five and under are admitted for free. Pit passes are $25 with children ages 3-12 $12. Kids two and under are admitted into the pit area for free.

Trackside parking is available on first come, first serve basis and includes access to the pit area.

Senoia Raceway is located just five miles west of Senoia, GA on Georgia Highway 16. Easy access from both Interstate 85 or Interstate 75.
