, and Greater Marina Gardens Condo Southern Waterfront
Over the last three days, since the Blossoms By The Park sales gallery opened on April 14, there has been a huge turnout of around 4,000 people, most of which appear to be locals, according to Lim Yew Soon, the managing director of EL Development.
Located at Slim Barracks Rise in one-north, the private condo development has 265 gorgeous units, spanning from one to four bedrooms. On April 29, it will officially launch.
The units vary in size, with one-bedroom plus Marina Gardens Condo study, two-bedrooms, two-bedroom plus study, three-bedroom dual-key, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom premium units making up 45% of the total. Prices begin at $1.291 million ($2,352 psf) for a one-bedroom-plus-study unit, $1.499 million ($2,211 psf) for a two-bedroom, $1.585 million ($2,198 psf) for a two-bedroom-plus-study, $2.082 million ($2,276 psf) for a three-bedroom dual-key, $2.279 million ($2,183 psf) for a three-bedroom, and $2.921 million ($2,243 psf) for a four-bedroom unit. The four-bedroom premium units start from $3.335 million ($2,213 psf).
Ken Low, managing partner of SRI, believes the average sale price of the condominium will lie between $2,350 and $2,400 psf. He anticipates appeal mainly from investors due to the project’s features, such as its location within one-north, its 3-minute walk to Buona Vista MRT Interchange Station, 5-minute walk to The Star Vista mall, 1 km being Fairfield Methodist School, and 5 minutes being the Greater Southern Waterfront.
Blossoms By The Park is certain to be an attractive option for potential investors looking to explore Singapore’s real estate landscape. Check out the latest listings in the area for more information, or take a look at the EdgeProp LandLens for spectacular visuals of the development.
